Do you know someone who would be a great fit for an open position at Brainboss? That sounds great, you can make an employee referral to Brainboss and, if we hire your referral, you get cash (€ 1.000)!

The intent of this program is to provide an outlet to refer friends, family, or colleagues to open roles with Brainboss. Here’s how to make a referral:

1. Fill out the required fields with your information along with the name and email address of the person you’re referring.
2. Provide our team with the name of the person you’re referring as well as the type of position you’re referring them for. If there’s a good fit, your referral will receive instructions on how to apply.
3. If applicable, you will receive your reward after your mate has been hired and has been working with us for at least three months.

Stipulations for the Brainboss Refer a Friend program:

• Referrals are valid for up to one year from the time of submission.
• Only permanent full-time positions will be eligible for a bonus.
• Referee must have an existing relationship with candidates being referred
• The refer a friend bonus terms and conditions are subject to change without notice and Brainboss has the right to refuse any bonus payments if we feel it doesn’t qualify.
