HR compensation & benefit intern

Key Responsibilities:

• A good understanding of a full cycle recruitment process.
• Keeping track of employee records including contact details and employment forms.
• Experience in designing compensation benefits.
• Create and design employee handbooks and other onboarding packages.
• Fluent in English is mandatory.

Qualifications:

• You are a bachelor student with a background in HR.
• You have experience working individually and have experience/familiarity with HR systems.
• You are flexible and have strong administration skills.
